This place is flooded with litter

The pedestrian crossing between the tram stop and the Ikea store is flooded with all sorts of litter. When was this last cleaned? The huge amount of litter being accumulated here is such a disgrace.

Is there a cleaning schedule for this area? Could you please make sure frequent sweeping and litter picking is done to this area so that it is kept clean?

I struggle to understand why there's no litter bin at all in such a heavily littered area. Is the council planning to install litter bins in this area?

What's the council's plan for keeping this area clean?
