Over grown gardens

There is a major problem in this street of households not attending to there gardens which are growwing over onto the pavement which makes it immpossible to walk without going into the road.also people leaving there recycling boxes and bins on the pavement permantely

regarding my letter on the 26th july about the overgrown gardens and rubbish boxes left on the street it seems the problem hasnt been solved and is getting worse we now have flys hovering around the rubbish.also we have not had a road sweeper in this road for months what is my council tax money being spent on

if anything its got worse they are now leaving out bowls of food for foxes
