High speed noise and a broken traffic camera

Due to nature of Queensbridge Road being very straight - there is a common problem with high speed motorbikes and scooters going 'flat-out' along the street at all times of the day. There is a traffic speed camera outside of Adeliade Wharf, but it appears to useless as it broken.

I would like to see this being fixed and perhaps some study of the speeds of traffic on Queensbridge Road as its notablely becoming very dangerous for what is otherwise a residential area.
