Not working correctly

The traffic lights leading from Sterling Way (right) to Victoria Road N18 are always causing problems as the red light stays on for a prolong period of time. Due to this people are either stuck at the traffic lights for a long time or having to cross when the light is still red as it seems they are broken which can cause an accident or even fine with penalty points. I live in this area and use this road regular and it is a problem that seems to be fixed then reoccurs.
