Water Leak Under Road

There is a constant small puddle in the road opposite No 69A Pilgrims Way West that is being fed from underground, probably from a leaking pipe.

I received a call this morning from Kent County Council telling me that the puddle was not their problem and that I should contact the relevant water company (SE Water or Thames Water). Will you do this? By the way the leak is opposite No 65A not 69A.

The water company has inspected the leak and is arranging to repair it.
