Overgrown hedges on busy street

Riverview grove has several overgrown hedges which cause problems for the high number of users of this street. It is used by many who take their children to the Strand on the Green prmary school, by wheel hair users and by nmerous other peple. Complaints have been made before but to no effect. The hedges are now protrudng up to 2 feet into the footpath and force people to use the rough and broken outer edge of the footpath.
