Van Causing Parking Problems

A large British Telecom is being parked in the street overnight and is causing parking problems for residents. The driver of the van lives at 16 Blenheim Street and already has two cars which are also parked in the street. The van takes up the space of two cars on this over-crowded street. It can usually be found outside no 16&18 or at the bottom of the street. Also when it parks at the bottom of the street it is left on the pavement, often causing an obstruction.
