Dog fouling along Broadhead Road Edgworth

There have been numerous incidents of dog fouling along Broadhead Road, Edgworth recently. Suspicions point to a 30's couple with 2 yellow labrador puppies (4-5 months old) who were seen walking the area just before the newest dog fouling was discovered. (there are now 3 identical foulings in the space of 30 yards) The couple are said to live on Blackburn Road. This happened around 12 noon.
