Damage to car parks wall

Sent to Kent County Council and Canterbury City Council 2 minutes later

This car park has damage to walls and is a risk to any body walking nearby as it could fall down,also this car park is being used as a right of way to the thanet way as the wall the other side has been broken and because it is close to the tip we get all sorts of items just left in the car park which is also a danger to children.please can you sort this problem as soon as possible

Highways agency came out and said they wasnt responsible for the car park and canterbury city council said it wasnt there responsibility but said it was the developers but his has gone bust .no one will admit they are reponsible so have now taken the matter up with the MP
