Double parking/blocking safe exit onto Swallow Croft

Sent to Lichfield District Council less than a minute later

I have had several near misses trying to get out of the carpark at Swallows Reach due to people parking both sides of the exit and double parking on the opposite side of Swallow Croft, in front of the shops. Maybe double yellow lines on Swallow Croft, on the opposite side to the shops, could be the answer.
