A lot of earth and fencing has been dumped in the alleyway at the rear of 244 and 242 bowes road. This is an ongoing problem that never seems to be resolved.

that the land it was dumped on is private property and therefore is the landlord's problem. Housing Trust had also said that it would not remove it,
