Recycling is never collected

We moved into our house 7 months ago. On a monthly basis the blue paper/cardboard recycling bins are supposed to be collected, but every month I have to phone Veolia Sheffield to remind them yet again that they have forgotten to empty our blue bin. Our street is obviously missed off by the collection crew for some reason, I shouldn't have to call them to remind them of this service for which I pay my council tax for!
