Dog Fouling not permitted

Please please please can some one come and clean up the dogg mess around my area i am fed up of neighbours allowing the dogs to poo in the communial gardens because the council does not maintain it as i am the last flat on rought to the entrance of the garden i sometimes end up with poop on my front lawn so if i were to be in my kitchen and open the window i would definatly get a scent swoop into my property.

I have approched the culprits but the problem still continues.
