Rubbish thrown on verge

The corner of Moray Place and Nithsdale road is a popular place for people to throw their rubbish. I am unsure what the solution is other than to clear the area more often.

Similarly the rubbish bin provided on Moray Place next to the pedestrian railway bridge is continually overflowing. Rubbish either needs to be collected more often or else the bin removed and placed elsewhere.

The problem was resolved in part by the more regular clearing of the bins. The rubbish thrown on the verge is more difficult to resolve however as this is a problem of anti social behaviour which the council has limited power to resolve.
