Leaking drainpipes

On No. 3 Hayclose Mead. BD6 2PU the drain pipes on the house are either leaking or have pieces missing. The soil pipe from the toilet seems so have a small crack where it joins the drain pipe. Apart from the water running down and also under the neighbouring house and the noise it causes other neighbours no attempt has been made by Mrs Denby and her partner to rectify the problem which has been over at least a year. Thank you.

I do not want my name or details on anything as these are unreasonable people.
