Youths loitering in garden of Renfrew Street nursery

I live in the local area and regularly notice youths and/or adults who appear to have substance misuse issues, to put it nicely, sitting drinking and generally causing mayhem in the grounds of Renfrew Street nursery school. As the grounds of the nursery are obscured by hedging and stone walls they are easily hidden. This has been going on for the last six months. My concern is mostly for the young kids who attend the nursery school and what their feet might be trampling over - needles, cans of alcohol, etc. It also really brings down the tone of the area particularly as this anti social behaviour is going on next door to the hotels and B&Bs on Renfrew Street. I appreciate that the local community police would be the first port of call but given the area's proximity to Sauchiehall Street and the drunkenness, yobbishness and general anti-social behaviour that goes on, there's little chance this would be picked up via a telephone call to the police station.
