Dogs Barking Late at Night

Severtal (three I think)- dogs bark late at night (2300hrs onwards), which disturbs sleep given the time. There appears to be no attempt to control/stop the dogs as you don't hear anyone hushing the dogs. Difficult to identify which house it is as 3 of the last four houses on the street have dogs that are all left to run in the gardens unattended.
