Overgrown Hedges

Sent to East Cambridgeshire District Council and Cambridgeshire County Council less than a minute later

This is similar to my last message but this time it is a hedge that is overhanging the footpath. It is reducing the vision of drivers using the slip road into the village and bus drivers turning right are having to cross the stop line to see to their left.

I had a message from C.C.C. Highways to say that they would contact the owner to request the hedge be cut back - as yet nothing has happened.

The problem has been fixed for car drivers because the hedge has been trimmed back at the bottom but I would think it isn't much of an improvement for bus drivers because it has only been cut back at low level.
