Disturbance, nuisance, graffiti, noise, damage to property at the park area and surrounding estate

Since the new equipment has been installed at the park, Rolling Hills, the amount of noise, disturbance, damage to the park and surrounding areas, vandalism, abuse, shouting, under age drinking etc etc etc has increased by a vast amount. The idiotic new swing that is not only dangerous but an absolute nuisance is attracting every thug and loud mouthed vandal in the area, the party on the swing is continuing until at least 4am every weekend, the shouting and screaming can be heard as far as Willingham Close and beyond, the under age drinking is out of control and not only that the amount of broken glass left behind after every night of binge drinking and god knows what else is so ridiculous that the small children, that after all a park is aimed at, are unable to play because the mindless thugs are just destroying the area and making it totally unsafe to play in, and not satisfied with that they also destroy the swings and whatever else takes their fancy. There is graffiti everywhere, it is a total eyesore. Every single weekend there is trouble, this weekend there were youths up and down the path all night and at 2.30am they were climbing up the lamposts. The weekend previous is was a young girl outside our house for most part of the early evening, as drunk as a lord and her mother ended up calling the police to her because she couldn't do a thing with her, we had to listen to the row for at least 2 hours, foul language and an absolute farce until someone finally called the police to her. The park is a total no go area for anyone with any respect, the language turned out by the youngsters is disgusting, my friends and I in the local area dare not take our toddlers down there unless they are keen to learn the f word and much worse, the swings are all turned upside down and swung around the posts by the idiots so that we cannot get access to them, the drinking starts from an early hour, and the gangs that are collecting there are highly intimidating and off putting. Whoever has been in charge of getting a new park area had a very nice idea to bring new play equipment to the area and give the children somewhere to go and play but it has brought nothing but trouble, mess and annoyance, its like living in a war zone, and as for the idea of wanting to bring little seating areas for the older children around the area well thank you but no thanks, there is enough trouble without giving them little shelters to sit in and set fire to and get drunk, it is too scary to venture anywhere near the park after 7pm as it is without encouraging more gangs into the area. It is like living in one of the worst areas of Sheffield and the amount of damage being done to properties after the binges and the litter being strewn is a joke. For goodness sake give them a youth club or something that can be monitored, not any more park equipment, our life is hell due to all the hassle as it is, we do not want any more!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not care for my name to be published for fear of any damage or repercussion to my property
