Blocked Drains

The drains in the yard at the rear of 77 Victoria Road have become blocked. This is leading to the water spewing from 3 or 4 different concrete covers at different intervals & is very unhygienic!

There are also 2 overflow pipes high up on the building wall that have been constantly pouring water for the past few months (if not longer!) This problem has been reported several times but nothing has been done!
