Lack of dog fouling bins

There is a major dog fouling problem on the lane at the end of Old Stone Lane leading to the Rockfield Estate. There is a lack of appropriate dog fouling bins in this area. Most dog owners act responsible, however there are a few who constantly let their dogs foul this area. It is also a route for mothers with young children and a play area is nearby. It is slowly becoming a dogs toilet and the smell is potent in the warm weather.

Updates
Hi have taken photographs of the problem on the path. I am not sure if they have loaded on this questionnaire.
Since dog fouling stickers have been posted at either end of this route there has been a slight improvement. However, there are still one or two owners who blatently let their dog foul. I will keep you posted on the situation on my next questionnaire. Regards Paul
