U-turns

For the last 15 years since the little clacton/weeley bypass has been built we have to put up with cars and lorries turning around in our road. There seems to be a general inability to read the road signs leading up to the bypass roundabout. For example :- We had 3 cars in 10 mins turn around whilst speaking to a local counciller. Also an artic lorry got itself stuck on the verge trying to turn round and blocked our road for over an hour before it was released. I think the road signs from Clacton to London along the bypass need to be changed slightly in some way to make it clearer which road goes to London.

Sent in the problem and got a fairly prompt reply, however the reply did not infer any improvement in the situation.

Upon further communication my suggestion for improvement has been accepted and is now on the waiting list.
