Broken manhole cover

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later

For well over a year there has been a cover, covering a broken manhole belonging to BT. This temporary cover has become ragged and dangeroud and has been recently moved by the ffotpath cleaner. Someone will trip over this temporary cover as it is rotting away. It is situated outside 537 Crewe Road Wisiatson/

This is becoming MORE DANGEROUS as, after well over a year, the "temporary" cover is now beginning to break-up at the edges and is moved when the mechanical sweeper brushes the pavement
