Dangerous Damaged Fencing

Sent to Essex County Council and Braintree District Council 4 minutes later

Damaged, broken decaying vandalised fencing posts. Sharp protruding metallic fixings a serious danger to children and pedestrians. All alongside footbridge area (over pods brook road) via Jersey way.
