Granite cobbles replaced by rough tarmac

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by David Thompson at 08:52, Sat 17 July 2010
Sent to Liverpool City Council 3 minutes later

The cobbles in front of the World Museum and Central Library have been damaged and now present a patchwork of cobbles and tarmac. Some have been that way for years, a lot more have just been dug up and replaced by more messy looking patches of fresh tarmac.
