Sensor In Road

Sensor in road for traffic lights is not sensitive enough to pick up my motor cycle. I reported this in April and it still isn't resolved. I ride a Honda CBR 125 which isn't the heaviest of bikes but the sensor should really even pick up a push bike. Can this please be sorted as a matter of urgency.
