Boxes of rubbish have been left by the wall at the Edgware Rd end of Dollis Hill Ave also a carpet has been dumped outside number 6 Dollis Hill Ave

The rubbish at the end of the road was cleared pretty quickly but the carpet remained for another week. Fly tipping at the Edgware Rd end of Dollis Hill Ave is a regular occurrance that I have reported before. Is there any chance of placing a sign on the wall to warn of the penalties?
