We have just noticed a billboard on the gable end of a house near by to where we live. The house is the first house of St Ives Road, nr Intack. I am sure they would need planning permission? This billboard is advertising a taxi company - but what right has anyone got to fix one of these to a house? After all the money that's just been spent on the area - someone goes and does this. What a complete mess!!! Please look into this - I just couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. It's quite a large billboard too which has been properly fixed to the gable end. Please do look into this for the residents - some of us actually do want to make our living area a decent place to live.

the billboard is still there and nobody has contacted me explaining why it's there and if there was permission granted.

I have had much help from our local councilor and have been told the billboard should not have been erected (no permission) however the board is still there - I've also been told it will come down...but when is another question

Thank goodness - the sign has been taken down. Thank you to everyone that listened and thank you Ron O'Keefe.
