Car accident

Car was parked at night and a mini cab driver with reg se53fzl decided to drive into my own and another vehicle without leaving his details according to witnesses. this is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the same road while parked at night.

The hit and run driver has been identified as Mangal Faisal, 50 Marshall Drive, Hayes, UB40SW.
