Parking causing dangerous exit from road

Many vehicles are parking on High Street (Hampton Wick) at the junction with Jubilee Close because the road markings are insufficient to show that they are obstructing a road (Jubilee Close) and greatly reducing visibility for vehicles using Jubilee Close. Clearer road markings (double yellow lines or signage)is required to prevent a serious accident occuring at this junction. When turning from Jubilee Close on to High Street it is virtually impossible to see traffic on the High Street until the turn has been made. I have had several near misses as a result of careless parking. Thank you.
