Football in street

The lad at 24 timbertree crescent is allways playing football cricket tennis gutterball in the street.there is a no ball games sign up.he encourages his young neighbours at 22,and other local children to join in.he is always kicking balls in the street every night.despite being issued with an asbo he continues with this nuisance.
