Nuisance Burglar Alarm

There is an alarm (possibly 187 City Road) which goes of frequently ( usually during the night or on a Sunday) often several times and for 20 minute intervals which is becoming incredibly annoying as it is at least once a week and often disturbs sleep - i have previously reported this problem to 101 but it appears nothing was done about it.
