Dangerous footpaths

There are several broken and raised areas on the footpath around the close .My granddaughter tripped and fell last week on part of it and my brother -in-law (who is blind)has also had problems.

nothing has been done so far although i have had an acknowledgement from the council ,which is as much good as a chocolate tea pot.
