I reported these multiple pipes of rotting rubbish 4 weeks ago and have watched them increase in size, the only correspondance I have recieved has been a questionaire to ask how well I think the council has dealt with this matter. You can imagine my response

I reported this problem 8 weeks ago and nothing has been done to rectify it. In fact the piles have increased
