Missing mini-roundabout! danger!

On Grimshaw Park (Road) in Blackburn, just up the hill from Asda, there are two mini-roundabouts right next to each other, one serving Mosley St, the other serving Crossfield St. the first one has worn away until the white disc is barely visible. As a result, cars coming down the hill pass the mini roundabout by Crossfield St, and then, in many cases proceed straight through the one for Mosley Street. Several times I have had near-misses coming up the hill and turning right into Mosley Street, knowing that oncoming traffic SHOULD give way, but all too often just speeds toward the side of my car as I turn. please re-paint and maybe put a sign up! someone will be badly hurt here soon.
