Who is the genius that decided a light-colour, smooth wall would be a good part of the new look Highfield Park? you might aw well supply the spray paint too? it was covered in graffiti within hours of being dry. the park has other issues too. it is an all-night youth drinking venue, the huge slide is just perfect for tossing stolen wheelie-bins down, and leaving a big pile of small rocks beside a building with a tiled roof? genius!
