Brambles across the pavement

The brambles from the plot to the rear of 51 Suez Road are so bad that they cover the pavement on Marmosa Road and you can't pass beteen the parked cars and the garden without going through the now very overgrown and sharp brambles. The brambles need to be cut back please.
