Subway not lit

At least three street lights, which light the slope from Devonshire Road W4 leading down to the subway under the A4, have not been working for a week or two

Now about seven weeks that these lights haven't been working!

It's two whole months now. Also not working are two or three street lights right on the busy roundabout, plus more subway lights on the far side of the roundabout near Church Street
