Badly scraped and rutted tarmac

The tarmac surface just after the old railway crossing (going downhill towards Mill Lane) on Hall Lane in Bowling is badly scraped and rutted, and dangerous for cyclists. Further down the road (near Andrew Page Motor Parts) there are numerous potholes. This makes cycling down the hill very dangerous, as it's already a very well-used road, and it is difficult to avoid the potholes when cars are overtaking. The pavement further up has been resurfaced when it didn't even need doing, so please can we have the road resurfaced (or at least patched)also. Thanks.
