Hello. The alley way between jubilee and st mary's rd, wheatley, is constantly littered with cans and alcohol bottles. Is it possible some kind of bin/disposal facility could be installed in the top alley way, maybe with a sign in english and polish, advising people to put their cans etc in it. Would be grateful for a response. Thanks.
