Reported to London Borough of Hounslow on Thursday morning.Still awaiting clearing - its Sunday. Every weekend there is flytipping on the Frampton Estate and the week before it was everyday. The Council is aware of this problem but do not want to find a permanent solution. have been in touch since last June, I told to be patient. Well at last there is a meeting on Monday but I am not hopeful! Its mere words and no action.
