Time of Refuse Collections on Saturdays

Please could someone ask the Bin men who collect the waste on Saturdays not to come as early as they do?

At present they are making a lot of noise, and waking me weekly with the noise of smashing bottles and their machinery as they collect refuse between 6:30am and 7am.

I find this totally unacceptable as this is a residential area within the city center.
