Fly tipping

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 4 minutes later

Building materials have been being dumped here for at least 4 years.

At times the fence is broken by the weight of concrete slabs. Fence has been repaired, but rubbish never removed.

It is an eyesore - and encourages more fly-tipping there.

I note that the mature trees were pruned a while ago - has permission been granted to build houses here? Does the Council own this land?
