Litter outside "Dela News"

This problem has been reported previously and cleaned up but the levels of litter in the car park and surrounding paths/hedges are unacceptably high yet again.

A complete lack of concern is shown when informing staff working in the shop about the litter and the possiblity of installing a bin.

Can a bin be provided?

Litter levels better but still no bins in the area.
