Missing Manhole Cover on crossing

There is a manhole cover missing on the mid section of the crossing on Fox Lane/junction with Rock Hill.A cone as been placed there to deter accidents but as been knocked over or removed several times over a course of a week.A very dangerous hazard!!

The man hole cover is still missing,i have heard off worcester county council and been informed that the job will be inspected,but this was on 31/12/2007 and it is a serious hazard.
The cover is still missing,tho when i heard from Worcester County Council i also reported a pot hole on the A38 Birmingham Road which has since been filled it so congrats on fixing that problem lets hope the manhole cover is sorted out soon
The cover is still missing,why as it taken the County Council so long to fix this problem,it is dangerous.
I have contacted Worcester County Council and they informed me ----^Thank you for your email. This particular manhole cover was reported again last week on a section 81 order and the Utility company should have replaced it by the time you get this email^---- i emailed them on 15/04/2008 their reply was on 17/04/2008.
