Ignoring signs

All this week the same car has parked outside the main entrance of Berkeley School whilst dropping his children off at school, the problem being, its a marked area where the delivery vehicles and teachers etc enter the school, he should not be parking there, there are other spaces, but instead he likes to cause hassle to other drivers.
