Unfinished roadworks.

Pedestrian islands installed over 3 months ago but the works are still unfinished. Large gap between kerbstone and road have been left unfilled presenting a possible tripping hazard. Also large pile of loose chippings still on road presenting a skidding hazard. Do the council not have a man with a brush?
