Hello, I have been asking for over 4 years, and Rayleigh Road, is still dangerous with the speed at which some cars travel. When will this be sorted as surely we should not have to keep putting up with this breaking of the law and serious safety issue? Many thanks, Kind regards , Dawn Cassidy
