The Drain outside house 345 and 347 has been causing a terrible foul smell and has done for years, the drain is just outside everyones kitchen doors and needs urgent attention

Scottish Water continue to ignore a backup of sewage to my home from nearby houses.A 5minutes check on the nearby drain and they left.The incoming filth over some 6 years have meant thousands of pounds of renewals in my kithen/bathroom. They have completely ignored my written complaints to help and I have no further options except writing to Parliament or a site like this.
