Sunken drain cover!

This sunken drain cover has been reported twice before and has been in a poor state for over 2 years. I’m appalled nothing has been done. If no action is taken in the near future I will be taking my complaints further, as what’s the point of having ‘Fix My Street’ when they don’t even take your complaints seriously?
